Things people ask

Can you make me one the same?: No. Each piece is woven from a drawing, and the whole point of this shop is that two pieces from one drawing are not the same object. Where a piece has a counterpart — one over the drawing and one under it — both are listed and both cost the same.
Will you tell me the exact weight before I buy?: The wall pieces publish a weight. Containers publish a carrying figure and a standing figure instead, because for a basket that is the number that matters. Ask about a specific piece and we will weigh it.
Can I have it without the flaw?: No. The flaw is on the page because it is on the piece. If it is the kind you would rather not live with, its counterpart usually has a different one, and both are photographed.
Do you ship to my country?: Processed-fibre pieces go everywhere on the list. Plant-fibre pieces do not go to Australia or New Zealand, and go to the EU, the UK, the US and Canada with a certificate attached. The full list is on the quarantine page.
Is there a discount if I buy several?: No. There are no discounts, no vouchers and no sales on this site, and no piece has ever been listed at a higher price than it is now.
